This Return & Refund Policy applies to all purchases made on https://naturalceyloncinnamon.com/.


1. Eligibility for Returns

You may return an item for exchange, replacement, or refund within 14 days of receiving your order, provided the following conditions are met:

  • The item is unused, unworn, and in its original packaging
  • The product is not damaged or altered by the customer
  • Proof of purchase (e.g., invoice or order confirmation) is provided
  • The item is not listed as non-returnable (see Section 5)

2. Return Process

To request a return:

  2. Provide your order number, reason for return, and relevant photos (if applicable)
  3. Once approved, you will receive return instructions

Note: Items sent back to us without prior authorization will not be accepted.


3. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • If approved, a refund will be issued via your original payment method or store credit within [7–14] business days
  • You will receive a confirmation email when your refund is processed
  • Shipping fees (original and return) are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part

4. Exchanges

If you received a defective, damaged, or wrong item, we will offer:

  • A replacement (subject to availability), or
  • A full refund (including shipping charges)

Please report such issues within 48 hours of receiving the product.


5. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, etc.)
  • Intimate or hygiene-related items (e.g., undergarments, cosmetics, personal care items)
  • Customized or personalized products
  • Gift cards or vouchers
  • Clearance or final sale items (as marked on the website)

6. Return Shipping

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., wrong or defective item)
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method for returns
  • We are not responsible for lost or delayed return shipments

7. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after the specified period:

  1. Check your bank or card provider
  2. Contact your bank—processing times may vary

8. Cancellations

  • Orders can be canceled before dispatch by contacting us immediately
