At Natural Ceylon Cinnamon, we proudly deliver both islandwide in Sri Lanka and internationally to selected countries. This Shipping Policy outlines the timelines, costs, and conditions of our delivery services.


1. Shipping Locations

a. Domestic Shipping – Within Sri Lanka

We deliver to all districts across Sri Lanka, including major cities and remote areas.

b. International Shipping

We ship to selected international destinations including, but not limited to:

  • South Asia (India, Maldives, Bangladesh, etc.)
  • Europe
  • North America
  • Australia and New Zealand
  • Middle East

2. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
  • Orders placed on weekends or Sri Lankan public holidays are processed the next working day.

4. Shipping Rates

a. Domestic (Sri Lanka)

Free shipping may be limited to certain zones. Full rate will be shown at checkout.

b. International

International shipping costs are calculated based on:

  • Destination country
  • Total weight or dimensions of the package
  • Courier rates at the time of order

Final shipping charges will be displayed during checkout before you complete the payment.

Customs & Import Duties:
International customers are responsible for any applicable customs fees, import duties, taxes, or charges imposed by their local authorities. These charges are not included in the product or shipping prices.


5. Shipping Partners

We partner with reputable local and international courier services including:

  • Sri Lanka Post
  • DHL / FedEx / Aramex
  • Local courier services (for domestic delivery)

Tracking numbers will be provided via email or SMS once your order is dispatched.


6. Order Tracking

Once shipped, you will receive a tracking link or code. Use this to follow your shipment’s progress.

If you do not receive tracking details within 48 hours of dispatch, contact us at ruwan@naturalceyloncinnamon.com.


7. Delivery Issues

  • If a delivery is delayed, lost, or returned due to incorrect address or unavailable recipient, we will assist in reshipping (additional charges may apply).
  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information.

8. Packaging

All items are securely packed to minimize damage during transit. If your order arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours with photo evidence.


9. Returns on International Orders

We currently do not accept returns for international orders unless the product arrives damaged or defective. Please contact us immediately upon receipt in such cases.
